Comments will work better now if they're configured to be javascript popups. Also, I've added a comment page template which allows one to put stuff around comments and between the comments and the comment edit area. This is mostly for advertising purposes, but of course is general enough to be used for anything.

Also, I fixed a silly mistake where update services weren't being pinged when a post was published.

Though this one was an embarassingly bone-headed bug. Some paths were wrong that prevented the table editor from working properly. It still only works in Netscape/Mozilla (and probably Safari/Konqueror and Opera), — I haven't figured out how to get IE to handle the dynamic page creation I need it to.

In other news, the category support is coming along, and should be both quite easy and quite powerful.
