The theme creation utility now allows one to specify whether the header and sidebar border size, style, and color are for the entire border, or only the inner border. This should make life easier for creating a fairly common blog style.

The reparenting code now checks to see if the new parent happens to be the old parent; in that case there's nothing to do, so there's no reason to regenerate any files and waste people's time.

The Create Custom Theme utility can now take an image for the header (it can be either a background graphic or a title graphic).
